dStorm starter kit content:
The Starter kit contents all you need to make the first labelling and dStrom images. Slides with fixed cells are provided along with all the staining reagents to label Microtubules and Nucleoporins. The mounting buffer Everspark is provided as well. Everspark buffer offers high-quality and long-term imaging of the samples.

With this Starter Kit for dStorm imaging, get great images at first trial
Nucleoporin labelling
- 5 slides with fixed cells: fixed U-2 OS-CRISPR-NUP96-mEGFP cells in storage buffer for NUP96-AF647 labeling
- Blocking Buffer SK2 (x5): 40 mg BSA
- Nanobody, lyophilized: FluoTag®-X4 anti-GFP AF647
- Dilution buffer for nanobody 50 μL: 50% glycerol in water
Microtubule labelling
- 5 slides with fixed cells: fixed U-2 OS cells in storage buffer for microtubule-AF647 labeling
- Blocking Buffer SK1 (x5): 60 mg BSA + 10 mg fish skin gelatin
- Antibody 1 20 μL: Mouse anti-alpha tubulin
- Antibody 2 10 μL: AF647 donkey anti-mouse IgG (H+L)
General reagents:
- Washing buffer concentrate (7 mL: 1% Triton X-100)
- DPBS 80 mL
- Everspark 450 μL (x10)
- Sealant base 10 mL
- Sealant catalyst 10 mL
